BOOKING AND RESERVATION Reservation Confirmation • Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the full payment for your selected tour package. A booking reference number will be provided for your records. • To ensure the best availability and seamless access to activities and accommodation, we recommend booking at least 60 days in advance. • Hotels and activities listed in our packages may be subject to change due to closures, renovations, or overbooking. While we strive to maintain your planned itinerary, alternative options of similar quality will be arranged if needed. Providing Information After making your deposit, we’ll send you a Booking Form to collect the necessary information. To avoid delays please provide the requested details promptly.
PAYMENT • Our prices are listed in multiple currencies: CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD, and are inclusive of taxes. • A non-refundable deposit of CAD $100 (or equivalent) per person secures your booking. Full payment is due 30 days before departure. • If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. • If your chosen tour is not an 'all-inclusive' package, we recommend reviewing the 'excluded' section of the tour details. This section outlines any additional costs you may incur during your trip. • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please refer to our Payment Instructions page for detailed guidelines.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Cancellations and Date Changes We understand that plans can change. Please send all cancellation or date change requests to us in writing, including your name, tour details, and the reason for your request Here are our cancellation policies: • 70 or more days before departure: Refund 100% of your total payment except CAD $100 (or equivalent). • 30-69 days before departure: Refund 75% of the total package cost. • 8-29 days before departure: Refund 25% of the total package cost. • 7 days before departure: No refund. For changes to your travel dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and additional fees.
REFUNDS If a service included in your package cannot be delivered, you may be eligible for a refund for that specific service. Refunds are not provided for unused services and are subject to processing times and any applicable fees.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES Documentation It’s the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including visas, eTA permits, and passports valid for at least six months after your return, are in order. For the latest entry requirements, check with the Canadian embassy or consulate. Health and Safety We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and unexpected delays. By booking with us, you confirm that you’re physically well enough to travel and accept any associated risks. Certain activities may require signing a waiver. Solo Travelers If an individual purchases a package, they will be responsible for the full cost of accommodations, transportation, and any other expenses typically shared among multiple travelers. Liability Disclaimer We work with third-party suppliers to provide activities, accommodations, and transportation included in your itinerary. While we carefully select our partners, Selena Travel Canada acts as a sales agent and is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or additional expenses incurred during your trip. Force Majeure Selena Travel Canada is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your travel plans are affected, we will work closely with you to find the best possible solution.
